Providing accounting, tax, and consulting services, the firm is one of the largest accounting practices in the restaurant and hospitality services in New England. Besides hospitality, the firm also services construction and real estate industries and nonprofit organizations.

William Clark, CPA, MSPA

Bill graduated summa cum laude from the University of Connecticut in 1992. He also earned a Master’s Degree in Accounting from the University of Hartford. He has a great variety of knowledge of multiple industries, but focuses in the following areas:

Bill started his career as an internal grants auditor. He has lectured and written materials on various topics related to nonprofit accounting and auditing.

Jason graduated from Central Connecticut State University and later earned a Master’s Degree in Accounting and Taxation from the University of Hartford. He has a great variety of knowledge of multiple industries, but focuses in the following areas:
